All artworks shown on this site are unique and original, so there is only one of each and every painting. This is why you will never find the same paintings in any of the Carré d’artistes® galleries or on the website. All of our paintings are one of a kind.How does Carré d’artistes ®sell paintings at such accessible pricing?
Carré d’artistes ® aims to make art accessible. All artists who are accepted into the highly competitive pool of Carre d’artistes artists support our pricing structure for the duration of their exhibitions in Carré d´artistes® galleries and on the website. No matter how well known the artist is, the artist agrees to alter their pricing structure to meet the Carre d’artistes standards. Customers do not need a big budget to own beautiful, original artwork! In exchange for this allowance, the artist is given a global stage to feature and exhibit their work as a rotating artist in Carre d’artistes galleries worldwide, meeting an enormously wide audience.What determines the authenticity of the paintings I buy?
Each work is certified by Carré d’artistes®. Each work comes with a certificate of authenticity and a biography of the artist explaining the artist’s approach. Each work is authenticated by a Carré d’artistes® expert.How can I purchase a Gift Card?
You can purchase a Gift Card in any amount you choose. The gift voucher can be used on our website or in our gallery in Philadelphia. The Gift Card is valid one year from the date of purchase.How can I pay my order on website ?
Our website is secure. Master Card, Visa, and American Express are all accepted.How is my order prepared for shipment?
Carre d’artistes Philadelphia will make every effort to process your order within 48 hours (between Monday and Friday, excluding national holidays). We can ship art anywhere in the world, in secure packaging. For delivery outside of the United States, customs duties or VAT on importation may be applied. Orders of large format artworks require a processing time of 3 to 5 days. For potentially faster processing service, you are welcome to call us directly at 215-735-2800.What is the delivery time ?
Your order will be sent in the United States by Federal Express with a tracking number. DHL Express will be used for any shipments outside of the United States. Your order will arrive within 3 to 7 business days in the US, and 6 to 8 business days to any other country. Note: For payment by gift certificate, transportation time is calculated from the date of check reception. RETURNS: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, returning it is quick and easy. You have 30 days from the day you received your order to return the product in its original packaging for an exchange or store credit so long as no painting is damaged. Returned artworks purchased from CarredartistesPhilly.com should be sent to Carré d’artistes®, Customer Service, 104 S. 13th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
