ABOUT THE SHOW:
In anticipation of the July 2016 Democratic National Convention, painter Carlo Trevisan has artfully presented the Democratic front-runner, Hillary Clinton, and a variety of iconic Democratic symbols to commemorate this political and cultural event and its host city, Philadelphia. Trevisan’s Democratic creations express the artist’s trademark positivity and simplicity. His brush strokes convey precision and stability, and his portrayals of Hillary Clinton gaze confidently forward. Trevisan's compositions present open and serene spaces, consistent with a vision for equal and peaceful communities, and his dream-like yet vibrant colors evoke a limitless future. These pieces will endure long past the Convention itself, and will remind art lovers of this moment in history.
